About GTA Home Search

GTA Home Search is an advertising site for new construction and rentals in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding cities.

No real estate agents

Builders advertise their own projects and landlords advertise their own rentals. Real estate agents and brokerages can't post here, and we don't show listings from any real estate board.

You deal directly with the advertiser

We don't handle inquiries, sell leads or take part in any rental or sale. When you contact an advertiser, your message goes to them, and we don't keep a copy.

Where new construction information comes from

Some project pages are researched by us from builders' own websites and public sources. These pages are labelled, show where the information came from and when we last checked it, and may be out of date. Always confirm the details with the builder.
