The Canadian Real Estate Association and the Competition Bureau have reached an agreement and now you can sell your property privately and list it on the MLS® system. The new rules provide more options for consumers and new forms of competition in the real estate market.

You pay a one time flat fee and your property gets listed on the MLS® system, the same system which all agents use. In addition to the flat fee, you must offer at least one dollar ($1) to other real estate agents through the MLS® system to help sell your home.
